The return window
7 days to decide.
No pressure.
If an item doesn't feel right in your car, return it within 7 days of delivery — unused, in its original packaging. Precision-fit hardware deserves careful handling both ways.
Exchange
The simplest path is to return the item and place a new order for the one that truly fits your car.
Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
